Sales reps have an incredibly demanding job to do. With the pressure of having to make 50-100 calls, send 20-30 email follow-ups, and to report back to team members, every minute of every day is a challenge. To make matters worse, sales reps only have a few minutes to gather prospect information from a dozen different sources before each call. Clearly, time is always money for both the rep and the business. DesignMap sought to improve the lives of each sales rep by optimizing how they prepare, initiate, and report on their calls.
