Soundline is a playful, social, sonic intervention which aims to investigate the potential for technology to influence the future of entertainment and the facilitation of the state of group flow within these spaces. Turning an “error” within the festival experience, into an opportunity for play and creative exploration, this roaming performance creates an environment that invites audiences to engage through music, dance and performance.

“Heal Tutu” is a family interactive product that educates about emergency prevention through interactive picture books and smart toys.On the one hand, we design original story picture books, grading information and shaping child-friendly contexts to effectively help young children understand the role of situations and their own roles to help them understand and cope with the changes caused by the new crown epidemic; on the other hand, we design smart dolls, and young children trigger dotted visual changes and voice announcements by giving the dolls nucleic acid, vaccinations, and hand washing, so that the ” sick” bunny doll back to health. Through direct perception and practical operation, children are familiarized with the typical behavioral scenarios in an epidemic.

To ensure safety and efficiency in the densely populated air space over Europe, The European Organization for the Safety of Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) has requested more precise takeoff scheduling from the continent’s airports.

The aim of this project was to create a musical instrument inspired by nature and biomimicry adapted to people with disabilities. To do this, we were inspired by the spotted woodpecker and its drumming, which allowed us to experiment with the resonance of wood. We wanted to offer a fun, sound and visual experience to users.

Being a milkman has changed very little over 100 years. Operating as independent traders, customer orders are still communicated through paper notes on doormats and cash is still collected door-to- door in an ad-hoc manner. It’s labour intensive, low-tech and until now, very inefficient.

How do I keep my creative workers inspired and motivated? How do I give them independence and autonomy, while keeping my finger on the pulse of the business? Current tools either address one aspect of the business or focus on the tactical details, failing to provide this big picture.10,000ft is a design-inspired resource collaboration web application that allows dynamic organizations and the creative thinkers they employ to get a big-picture view of the business, their teams and their projects. The result is a unique ability to make strategic decisions based on real-time, complex data, increased autonomy and independence, and ultimately, more opportunities to innovate.

One of the greatest shortcomings of human-centered design is its lack of guidance on how to include diversity as part of the design process. Which human, exactly, belongs in the center? Most designers end up using their own abilities and experience as a baseline for their designs. This problem is even more pronounced for the predominantly young and able-bodied designers that work in technology. The result is products that work well for people with similar abilities and resources, but end up largely excluding everyone else. This is especially true for roughly 1 billion people on the planet with disabilities.

Tink is a toolkit that allows kids to engage with familiar objects in new ways. The kit includes six sensors (light, sound, tilt, vibration, motion, temperature), six plugs, and an iPad application that connects the sensors with the plugs.

Medical imaging is the backbone of clinical medicine, informing diagnostic and patient management decisions across the healthcare system. The ever-growing number of medical examinations and worldwide decrease in staff challenges radiologists and healthcare providers to read more complex scans with decreasing resources while maintaining high standards of clinical excellence. Because of this, even well-resourced healthcare systems face significant imaging backlogs. Under-resourced healthcare systems with low clinician-to-patient ratios may miss opportunities for early disease detection due to long patient wait times.
